Coast’s HX5 Pure Beam Focusing Pocket Light is compatible with both standard alkaline AA batteries and with rechargeable NiMH or rechargeable Lithium 14500’s. With the Lithium 14500 cells, the lumen output jumps nearly three times as bright as with an alkaline battery. This flashlight has a two-way clip that makes it easy to clip in either direction on your pockets or even the bill of your hat. Using Coast’s Pure Beam Focusing System with SLid Focus, this light can easily transition from flood to spot modes with one hand.
