Please note that the guarantee provided on used and ex-display items is return to base guarantee, meaning the buyer has to return the item back to us at their own expense. Goods mishandled or if any accessories are missing cannot be exchanged or credited. Anyone wishing to cancel an order and return goods after the first 14 days and within 28 days of purchase will be dealt with at our discretion.
