Installing a transfer switch doesn’t need to be complicated. The switch is prewired with labeled wires to make installation fast and easy. Need to replace or expand circuits. No problem. The circuit breakers are interchangeable. Use your included power cord to connect any 240-Volt portable generator (L14-30 receptacle required) to the power inlet box, even those with GFCI outlets. The rocker switch on the front panel safely and easily transfers power to the selected circuits from either utility power or generator power. The power-indicating LED lights make it easy to determine where there is available power: utility, generator or both. A green light indicates utility as the power source at the transfer switch, blue indicates a generator power source and both lights illuminated means both sources are available.
