This pump features a 3/4 HP at 1725 RPM motor. It pumps 7 cubic feet of oil per minute. This 115-volt 60 Hz vacuum pump connects to a standard US outlet via the included power cord. Harvest Right Standard Vacuum Oil Pump requires some maintenance mainly adding and draining oil. There are 3 cups of oil in a vacuum pump that need to be changed regularly to keep a freeze dryer running efficiently. This is a simple process that requires little effort.
