This Master Lock ¼ Turn Ball Valve Lockout helps protect against accidental opening of manual, quarter turn ball valve handles between ¼” (6mm) to 1” (25mm) diameter. The easy-to-use, one-piece design locks valve in OFF position to help protect against accidental energization and 2 rows of lock out points help provide a secure fit. The lockout is made of a heat-resistant, powder-coated metal body for durability and is compact enough to store or carry with ease. Suitable for use as part of a comprehensive OSHA-compliant lockout/tagout safety program.
