The 55-Series features a Variable Flow Technology which is an internal bypass feature which allows the pump to provide the amount of water you demand without cycling. No accumulator tank necessary! The pump can be used in both fresh and salt water applications. This pump is ideal for supplying water to up to 6 fixtures. This pump also can be used in fresh and saltwater washdown applications. The robust design and high flow capability deliver a flow that surpasses the flow of an average homes water pressure. This automatic demand water system pump has a built-in pressure switch which automatically starts and stops the pump when faucet is opened and closed. The 55-series diaphragm pumps are self-priming and can run dry without harm. This pump comes with 2 barbed fittings and 1 strainer.
